Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026. This policy explains how Cubell handles subscription cancellation, subscription refunds, one-time credit packs, refund requests, and chargebacks.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Cubell subscription at any time through your account settings.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
You will continue to have access to your remaining credits until the end of your billing period.
No Refunds for Subscriptions
Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments once the billing period has started.
This includes both monthly subscription fees and any unused credits.
Credit Packs (One-time Purchases)
All one-time credit pack purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Refund Requests
While we generally do not issue refunds, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as accidental duplicate charges, technical errors that prevented service usage, or billing errors on our end.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@cubell.ai with your account email and reason for the request.
Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if a chargeback is filed against us without first contacting our support team.
