You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from any individuals whose voice or likeness is used in your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all voice rights and likeness laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Cubell to impersonate any person without authorization.

You agree not to use Cubell to create deceptive or misleading deepfakes.

You agree not to use Cubell to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to use Cubell to engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
